Paige Schulte, founder of Neighborhood Experts, host of the Master Your Real Estate Marketing podcast, and author of two books on Gig Harbor, has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and is the #1 Real Estate Agent in Gig Harbor.
After graduating from UC Davis, she led the marketing playbook for the WNBA and NBA, where she helped sell out games. Paige eventually parlayed her business and marketing expertise into starting her first company, an organization supporting over 170 local public schools with after-school programs.
She started her real estate career after her family made the move from California to Gig Harbor, Washington. She didn’t know a soul. She didn’t know a thing about real estate. And she didn’t let that stop her. Instead, Paige used her entrepreneurial skills to grow her real estate business to more than $160 million in production (not a typo) in her first five years.
Today, she’s the #1 agent in her market. She’s been featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Mercury News, Inman, and Tacoma News Tribune, among others.

Paige has always wanted to be part of a boutique real estate agency that’s leading the way in modern digital marketing and doing things differently. She envisioned a state-of-the-art media center for custom photography, video, and podcasting. A full lineup of expert trainings, speakers, happy hours, networking opportunities, and pop-ups at local businesses. A collaboration of agents not in competition with each other, but in support of one another.
She couldn’t quite find exactly what she was looking for. So she started her own.
Paige is a huge believer in supporting and giving back to the local community. Her nonprofit, The Chelsea Paige Foundation, has donated more than $300K back to organizations in Pierce and Kitsap counties. In 2020, she was awarded the Inman Innovator of the Year for her help raising donations for a nonprofit providing food to families in light of the pandemic school closures.
When she’s not serving clients or mentoring fellow real estate agents, you’ll find her eating tacos and sipping margaritas. She also loves exploring Gig Harbor and the surrounding areas with her husband of 17 years and their three kids.
